WASTE DISPOSAL & RECYCLING YORK WASTE DISPOSAL North Hopewell Township is pleased to provide garbage collection and recycling to all residents and businesses within our township. York Waste has been awarded the contract as the lowest bidder, which will be effective April 1, 2008. If you have any concerns, please call York Waste at 717-845-1557.
Trash is voluntary but, York Waste is the only trash hauler used in the Township. Tag A Bag is also available for low trash trash volume.
York Waste Collection Services Include: Tuesday pickups - Starting Monday, April 1, 2008 (4) 32 gallon bags per week Curbside recycling collection Bins are available at the township for $7 (1) Large item (appliance or furniture) per week
