Zoning Zoning Hearing Board
The Zoning Hearing Board is a three (3) person board with one (1) alternate who are appointed by the Board of Supervisors for a term of three (3) years. They may not hold any other elected position within the township. Their duty is to hear appeals on the validity of the zoning ordinance or maps or any decision by the zoning officer. In addition they have the power to grant variances and special exceptions to ordinances. Alternate Board Member: Zoning Solicitor: Tim Bupp, Esq.

Permits are required for the following items: Fence Most Decks Swimming Pool Sheds Pole Barns Paving Driveways Solar Panel Installations Additions New Dwelling
If you don't see your project listed, please call and ask.
If you do the project without a permit the cost is doubled.
